Rick Champany DDS, President.  Board member since 2004, owner since 2001,  active  practice of dentistry, retired Navy rank of Captain, former chief executive officer  of hospital with $90  million budget

Tom Rieser, Vice President.  My wife and I have been owners at Cascade since 1985.  We became interested in the area while I was working in Gallup with the Indian Health Service.  I am an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in spinal surgery.  I am founder and president of Midwest spine Institute which is located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I believe Cascade Village is a unique resort with great potential and I would welcome the opportunity to be part of the team working towards its continued success.

Donna Ashmun, Secretary.  Over 27 years of accounting experience including 13 years as controller of a publically held oil and gas corporation with emphasis on financial reporting to management and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and  10 years as controller of a privately held oil and gas company supervising 6 employees and all financial reporting along with financial liaison with bankers.  Currently semi-retired working as human resources coordinator, special accounting projects and annual budget.  Also serving on the financial committee of Bee Creek United Methodist Church beginning in January 2010 and will be serving as treasurer beginning in January 2011.   Cascade Creek townhome owners since 2007.

Tiffan Warwick, EA, Treasurer.  Tiffany’s experience is: “Over 25 years of accounting experience including owning bookkeeping/tax practice for 16 years with 4 employees and had over 400 clients. Services included accounting, payroll processing, and audit representation with federal, state & local officials. I earned my  Enroll Agent license in 2001 after a two-day exam strictly on tax law, which requires 24 hours of CPE per year. Currently working as CFO for my husband’s oil field supply company, Treasurer and Past-President for Texas Association of Financial & Tax Specialists (www.tafts.org), and Travel Coordinator and Audit Chairman for my daughter’s drill team of 90 dancers.”

Craig Niederstadt, Former Owner, Chairman and CEO of Cornerstone Integrated Services and 360 Commerce. Sold companies to Harte Hankes and Oracle Inc respectively in '98 and '06.  20 years with Texas Instruments as VP of the Americas.  Serves on the BOD’s of Security Benefit Mutual Holding Company, Security Benefit Life Insurance, Missouri State University School of Business, Barton Creek Lakeside, Eagle Scouts of America and The Helping Hands Crisis Center.  Is an adjunct professor in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Entrepreneurship.   Is currently the Managing Director of C. S. Niederstadt Investments, LLC.  Cascade Village BOD member since 2009

Fritz Petzold, Maintenance liason.  Owners since 2001.  Board member since 2009.  Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, 1974 to 2000 held several positions in the Technical Departments of the Bus and Rail Divisions with the Chicago Transit Authority. Currently Chief Engineer with the Technology Consulting Group, Inc. in Chicago; on a part time basis.    

Sarah Amos, Owner relations.  Owner with my husband Bill since 2005.  Summer resident and winter rental.  I retired in 2004 with over 30 years experience in labor relations and non-profit administration.  Cascade Village is a unique and special resort and I appreciate the opportunity to work with the Board of Directors.

Bob Pyeatt, Rental Committee Chair.  Owner since 1999.  I spent 30 years in the Air Force flying fixed and rotary wing aircraft.  After the Air Force I worked eight years for Lockheed Martin as a training manager.  Prior to joining the Air Force I taught middle school for two years.  I have five years experience of being Vice president of HOA in Sun Valley Idaho.  I am proud of Cascade Village and would like to keep Cascade village as one of the best resorts on the mountain.

Jeff Wester, Architectural Committee Chair.  Owner at Cascade Village since early 2005. Have held various positions in the Retail Industry, Director of Warehouse Deveolpment for HomeClub, a home improvement warehouse retail chain. Director of Warehouse Development; Sports Club, a sporting goods warehouse retail chain. Vice President of Operations AutoGaint Warehouse, an automotive retail chain.  Developed over 3.3 million square feet of retail shopping space. Most recent President/CEO/Owner of New Life Ceilings Inc. a specialty interior remodeling company based in Temecula, California.  Moving to Cascade Village as a full time resident in August 2010.  I'm very excited about our move to Durango.
