Cascade Village is a premier destination in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. Breathtaking views and year round adventure are what book our privately owned units.
Cascade Village was built in the early 80's and offers a traditional home away from home feeling. Private ownership allows for updates and renovations at owner discretion so no unit is alike. Abundant with amenities and seasonal activities the outdoors call you to explore.

free ski/snowboard shuttle to Purgatory
The location is great with a great view and balcony, just north of Purgatory ski area. The apartment is very cozy with a good kitchen. All VERY clean, VERY quiet, VERY beautiful place where my gf and I spent three wonderful nights. We just LOVED it!! 35 minutes to Durango. Management responded instantly with directions.

Brandon the property manager was very helpful. There was an issue with our check in but he fixed everything and gave us some helpful information about the area. The unit had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family of four. The property has been recently renovated and was very clean. It provided a relaxing place unwind after exploring the San Juan Mountains during the days.

Nice location between Durango and Silverton. The property manager was very responsive when I needed help checking in. Very clean and comfortable room, and a fantastic view!

Great Location, Great Customer Service, Incredible Price. Just wrapped up a week long trip to Cascade Village. We booked directly with Brandon Young who was an absolute amazing host and property manager. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place close to Purgatory Resort, look no further... we will certainly be back next year.
